By ticking the box – I agree to the Participation Service at Slough Children First contacting me via email, text message and/or WhatsApp. I’ve also read and understand the following:
* the participation service will share information with me on the different ways I can have my say about the services and support I receive from Slough Children First and Slough Borough Council.
* my details will not be shared with other young people.
* each September I will be contacted by the participation service to confirm if I want to continue to receive information from them.
* I need to email the participation service if I no longer want to receive information from them.
