Diversity is something that we have been talking about for some time and it is important that we are open to all sections of the community. In order to ensure we are doing this, we need to know how diverse our current workforce is.
This information can be recorded in Agresso but, as only half of staff have recorded this information, it is very difficult for us to get an accurate picture of our workforce.
We recognise that Agresso isn’t the most user friendly system so to help you put we have created our own questionnaire so, if your data isn’t already recorded in Agresso, please fill in this questionnaire and one of the HR team will upload it for you.
