Care Leavers Local Offer Evaluation

Young person outside of their college

Did you know that each local authority across the country have to have what is called a ‘Care Leaver Local Offer’?

This is something that tells young people (who are care experienced aged 16 – 24) about the services available to them and the support they will receive from Slough Children First, Slough Borough Council and a range of other services such as health and housing. The ‘offer’ also provides information about support with your education, employment or training, your rights, entitlement and benefits, and ways you can have your say. It also tells you about money you can receive to celebrate your birthday or festival and to help you purchase clothes.

To help us understand how well we are promoting the offer to you and to make sure that you understand what it is and what support you should be receiving – please answer the following questions (which will take no more than 8 minutes to answer!). Feedback is kept anonymous.

You have until Sunday 8th January 2023 to take part.

PRIZE DRAW:
For taking part, we are arranging a prize draw to receive a £20 voucher. To be entered into the prize draw – please enter your full name at the end of your form.
Your name will not be included in the report that captures young people’s feedback or views and will only be used by the participation officer for the prize draw.
The participation officer will contact you after 8th January if your name has been randomly selected.

Sorry. This form is no longer available.
